Larry goes to town to pick up his turbine engine part. Jack Rogan goes along.

BTW Earlier: At the first weapons photo session, Jan 2004,
next door, Jack said it's not called a spear point
because the Indians say they did not have
spears and so the stone points are not spear
heads, so what are they? ... "lance point" he said, ... "maybe."
They were used to skin buffalo and other animals.
2:30PM.
Hey Jack I'm going to town to pick up a part for my turbine engine
you want to go?
Frost Boats. It's on New Hope. Yes, in town. Yes we can stop
and get a paper.

Shit he's got the gate closed, I called, oh there he is,
what the hell's he doing... ok, gate's opening,

Jack meet Jack, Jack Frost.

There it is, hmm, nice work, how much do I owe you.
Is a check OK? Make it out to Frost Boats?

You know I was driving by here the other day with my new Garmin
Street Pilot GPS and it said: "Frost Boats 3/10 miles to the right",
Is that cool or what?

Jack used to go to Sutro Baths too. Jack said the ice rink was not
there when he was going, but Jack said a rink was there when he was.

I read on the net that they converted just one pool to a rink and
still had the other pools.

Yeah, my dad probably kicked you off the ice for being a jerk-off wise-guy,
you remember that? That was my dad's job at Sutro, his first job,
he was 18 and worked there 3 years until a scout talked him into going
to skate with Sonja Heni in Center Therator New York City, 1942.
It later became Rockfeller Center.

You think that's cool, hell, Jack here said he hung out with
Lindbergh, and saw Amelia Earhart take off on her last trip.
Was it in California? Oakland? I was born in Oakland.
She arrived in Oakland from Honolulu June 29th, 1937.
Next stop Howland Island. Didn't make it.

Cool photos but who wants to see your sister? Com'on, where's Amelia?
Woha wait there's her plane, that's the Lockheed Vega! What
a beautiful plane. Awesome. Woha, there she is.
There's that old news reel camera on top of an old
car. Neat. Where's my camera? Yeah I know you are 84,
I better hurry up before you kick the bucket. Yeah,
she was a lousy pilot, and not too bright. She sure had balls.

Jack you need to check your WebTV email because your box is full
and we can't send eMail to you! I sent the photos to Jim and
you're missing out.

Where am I going to get a fan for my jet engine?
It's getting dark and cold, let's go.

Hi Dee! Jack, that's Jack's wife Deborah, they call her Dee, get it?
Dee Frost, Jack Frost and Dee Frost, ... man, is this a fun place or what.

I looked up Neil Armstrong on Google and eBay, man, a lot of
interesting stuff. One autographed photo went for $865 the other day.
I think that stuff is neat. Yeah it's priceless and a true collector
sells his stuff only so he can collect more,
like a poor drug addict needs to sell to support
his habbit. I couldn't sell a autographed photo
of Neil, no way, well, unless I had TWO! Then I
could sell one, keep one, and use the money to
collect more! hmmmm
