Purple Pfranc Jet Back to: What's a Pfranc?

The Purple Pfranc Jet.

The plan (conceived in the year 2000) is to double our gross sales each year and if we do then we will need a Purple Pfranc Jet before the meeting in 2017. So it turns out that Doug, Ardels brother, is the crew chief (aircraft maintenance engineer) for the owner of a new $50m Bombardier Global Express business jet. They came to Coos Bay to checkout a new golf course. I took lots of photos so we can better remember what it looked like when it was new. The plan is that by the time we are ready to buy it, the current owner will be ready to get a new one, and because Doug will be taking good care of it, it will be the perfect Purple Jet for Pfranc.com and we'll send it around the world to pickup all the Pfrancs for the meeting.

I took the above photo of Ardel climbing aboard to checkout the kitchen. The refegerator has lots of room for beer.

Notice Doug's reflection in the chrome leading edge of the wing as he's telling me how the slats work. It is a beautiful machine. I dream of the day we own it. It's going to be a wonderful feeling, taking off, the acceleration pushing my body back into that plush leather seat, the sound and aroma as the cap easing off my frosty bottle of BUD LIGHT® - ahhhhh - I'll think to myself; "This is it baby, we made it." - but only for a moment - then back to work!

More photos on the way... the "all glass" cockpit is awesome!

Please comment: Hey Larry!
