14,000 sq.ft. On market for 2 years at over $6 million, reduced to $4m. - or something like that as I'm going from memory
and don't have the paper in front of me.
Pepper talks me into taking her to visit this house under construction.
At the end of a road up past a new gated housing development at the top of a hill we arrive.
Sub contractors everywhere. We get talking with one who tells us this house will cost over $6million.
We are welcome to look around. I wonder how old Pepper is going to manage walking through
the mud and get inside. It's way larger than it looks. Notice the porta-pottys. This view is the back side of the house.
We drive around to the front and notice the main entry!
The logs must be maybe 4 feet in diameter. They are so out of proportion it's visually confusing
not ever seeing any structure kinda looking like a house except maybe in a childs cartoon book.
Here we are inside the main living room looking up at the back wall, Pepper looking up.
Here Pepper is thinking: "Hmm, $6 million?, I could buy this place for cash, with enough left over to party the rest of my life":
